• Al Bateen Marina 5 Star Hotel Resort Development in Abu Dhabi operated by Biltmore for The Privet Office for H.H. Shiekh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed with a total cost of 700 Million Emirati Dirhams. 

• Landmark tower (72 floors tower located in Abu Dhabi) for The Department of The Presidential Affairs. 1.46 Billion Emirati Dirhams.

• Zamalek Residents (23 floors tower located in Cairo) for the State General Reserve Fund – Sultanate of Oman. 320 Million Egyptian Pound.

• Tiara Residences Project (Dubai) for Zabeel Properties with a total cost of 4.6 Billion Emirati Dirhams.

• Managed the design of the City Master Plan of Dubai Industrial City and member of the Programme management team

• The Head Quarter office for the Dubai Industrial City and the staff accommodations with a total cost of 1.3 Billion Emirati Dirhams

• Samaya 5 Star Hotel in Dubai for His Highness H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saoud Al Qasimi with a total cost of 90 Million Emirati Dirhams
